Extension to Nicobrand Factory, Coleraine
The project involved the demolition of the existing office accommodation to the pharmaceutical factory and replacement with high specification office accommodation without disruption to the running of the production facility.
The main elements were facing blockwork, curved glass screen wall, clean rooms, and high specification finishes internally.
